My name is Jen Francke, and I am committed to providing compassionate care to individuals navigating mental health challenges, trauma, and substance abuse. I understand that seeking therapy is a courageous decision, and I am here to support you every step of the way, whether you are dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss, Life Transitions, Stress, Trauma, Substance Abuse, or anything in between.

I am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel truly seen and understood. My approach is grounded in three core principles:

I’m committed to making mental health services accessible to everyone, which is why I offer an affordable self-pay rate for those with insurance barriers. In-person sessions are available in Omaha, and I also provide telehealth services across Nebraska and Iowa. I am also committed to providing therapy that is inclusive, affirming, and supportive to all, including LGBTQ+ individuals. My goal is to help you build a life of emotional resilience, self-compassion, and healthy coping strategies that reflect your true self.
